E+ Coaching and development is for individuals that either want to achieve a goal or want general assistance for a specific sport . We can provide:

1. Strength and Conditioning coaching for individuals that have specific sporting goals.

2. We specialize in training Programs that develop/improve fitness and skills in: Taekwondo and Triathlon.

Training available in the Eastern and Southern areas or ask us about Training programs that can be delivered online.

Our son has been working with Kye doing personal training sessions to improve his athletic ability for football. Kye is a great mentor and has helped our son to improve his football to a point that he has been asked to try out for South Adelaide's under 15s side.
